To prevent your kitchen printer from receiving a copy of the order when a table is moved, you can update the printer settings using the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
From the left-hand menu, select POS Control.
Click on POS Control again.
Click the Global Flags icon.
Scroll down to Printer Flags 3.
Tick the box labeled Don’t print move table to kitchen printers.
Click Save.
