You can customize the text size on your kitchen printer to improve readability and ensure clear order printing. This helps streamline kitchen operations, especially during peak service times.
⚠️ Important: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
To change the text size for your kitchen printer, follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos Manager.
Click POS Control, then select POS Control again.
Navigate to Global Flags and choose Flags 1.
Scroll down to the section labeled Print Flags 2.
Select all relevant options, any flag starting with KP refers specifically to kitchen printer settings.
Click Save to apply the changes.
🤓 Tip: If the text size still appears incorrect, double-check that the printer model is correctly configured under Printer Network. An incorrect model may prevent the settings from applying properly.
