If you want to stop refunds from printing on the kitchen printer in EPOS Manager, you can update the global settings to disable this feature across all tills. This will ensure that refunds no longer print on the kitchen printer for any till.
Follow the steps below to apply the change:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Global Flags and select Flags 1.
In Print Flags 2, untick Send Refunds To KP.
Click Save.
