You can assign web orders both on the till and on EPOS Manager.
Assign web orders on PosLink
Click Program Mode.
Select Program/Programming.
Click Global Flags.
Select the Web Orders tab.
Using the drop-down menu select the options for printing.
Select Send Collections To KP and Send Deliveries To KP.
Click Save.
You will also need to:
Click Program Mode.
Click Programming/Program.
Click External app config.
Select Web Orders.
Select the printers you require.
You can also select the kitchen video screens here.
Click Save.
Assign web orders in StockLink
Click POS Control then select POS Control.
Click Global Flags.
Select the Web Orders tab.
Using the drop-down menu select the options for printing.
Select Send Collections To KP and Send Deliveries To KP.
Click Save.
You will also need to:
Click POS Control then select POS Control.
Click External App Config.
Select Web Orders.
Select the printers you require.
You can alsoselect the kitchen video screens here too.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Remember that any changes made on Stocklink will need to be sent over to the terminal by navigating to POS Updates.
