To ensure that the same PLU prints as a single consolidated line rather than across multiple lines, you’ll need to adjust the printer settings directly on the terminal. This helps streamline kitchen printing and reduce clutter.
Follow the steps below to apply the correct configuration:
Log onto the terminal.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program Options.
Select KP Options.
Click on the printer you want to consolidate.
Click Flags.
Select the box for Consolidated.
Press Save.
⚠️ Important: You must send the changes back to EPOS Manager. If this step is skipped, the settings may be overwritten the next time updates are pushed from EPOS Manager to the tills.
