Adjust where items are printed or sent to kitchen video screens by updating printer or KV settings in Epos Manager, based on your setup.
Printer groups are used
If printer groups are used, follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos Manager.
Navigate to POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Printer Groups and open the relevant group.
To assign printers:
Click KP Flags and select the printers you want items to print to.
To assign kitchen video screens:
Click KV Flags and choose the appropriate KV screen.
Click Save.
📌 Note: After making changes, send updates to the tills using POS Updates. Ensure the correct printers are selected in Terminal Configuration.
Printer groups are not used
If printer groups are not used, follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos Manager and go to POS Control.
Click PLU and select the item you want to update.
Click Printers:
Clear the current printer assignment.
Select the correct printer.
For KV routing:
Click Kitchen Video and choose the relevant KV screen.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Send updates to the tills using POS Updates and confirm printer selection in Terminal Configuration.
Update several PLUs at once
⚠️Important: Use POS Updates to push changes to tills and verify printer setup in Terminal Configuration.
To update several PLUs at once, follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos Manager and go to POS Control.
Click PLU List and select your location.
Filter by Primary Group, Major Group, or Sales Group.
Click Show KP to view printer assignments.
If KV routing is needed, also click Show KV.
Click Next.
Right-click the required printer or KV screen and select Tick All.
Click Save.
