To ensure uninterrupted service in case of device failure, you can configure a backup printer for your Kitchen Video (KV) Network using EPoS Manager.
Follow the steps below based on your access level in EPoS Manager:
Log in to EPoS Manager and navigate to POS Control.
Select POS Control.
Choose Kitchen Video Network and select the Location.
Use the ellipsis to find the KV.
Under Back Up Method, select Printer.
Under Backup Device, select the required printer.
Click Save.
