To ensure your Kitchen Video (KV) screen is available in the terminal configuration and selectable within a PLU, you need to map it correctly in EPOS Manager.
⚠️ Important: The mapped Kitchen Video is available in KVOverview, which you can find under Reports.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click KP Options and choose your location.
Select the KV number using the drop-down menu.
Use the drop-down for Maps To to select the KV screen you want to map.
If needed, go to the Flags tab and tick the boxes to enable specific properties for that printer.
Click Save.
Send all changes to the terminals using the POS Updates section.
