If your Kitchen Video (KV) screen is displaying new orders at the top instead of following the expected sequence, you can adjust the settings in EPOS Manager to correct this behavior.
Follow the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager and press Pos Control.
Go to KV Control and click on KV Profiles.
Select the KV profile that the screen is using.
In the dropdown Unpeg Order Position, select Normal.
Click Save.
