To display multiple quantities of the same PLU on a single line in the Kitchen Video (KV) screen, you’ll need to adjust the consolidation settings in EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below to make this change.
Log in to KV.
Go to Program Mode.
Select KV Profile.
Click Select Profile. If you have more than one, repeat the steps for each profile.
Click Flag.
Untick Consolidated.
Press Save.
