To display multiple quantities of the same PLU on a single line in the Kitchen Video (KV) screen, you’ll need to adjust the consolidation settings in EPoS Manager.
You can follow the steps below to make this change.
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Click Pos Control and select KV Control.
Click KV Profiles and select the location.
Click Select Profile. If you have more than one, repeat the steps for each profile.
Click Flag.
Untick Consolidated.
Press Save.
