Troubleshoot PLU items not displaying on Kitchen Video screens

If certain items are not appearing on the Kitchen Video (KV) screens, it may be due to incorrect settings on the associated PLU.

Follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to check and update the configuration:

  1. Go to POS Control in EPOS Manager.

  2. Select PLU.

  3. Choose the location, if required.

  4. Select the PLU for the item that is not showing.

  5. Click on the Kitchen Video tab.

  6. Confirm the required KV screens are ticked.

  7. Save any changes.

  8. Send the changes to POS.
