To ensure orders are sent to the correct Kitchen Video (KV) screens, you need to enable the relevant KVs on your till through the terminal settings in EPOS Manager. This ensures your till is correctly linked to the designated KV screens for order routing.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Log onto the terminal in EPOS Manager.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program Options.
Click Terminal Configuration.
Click Enabled KVs.
Select the checkboxes for the Kitchen Video screens you want to send orders to.
Click Save to apply the changes.
