Orders are missing from the kitchen video screen

Fix split food and drink orders missing from Kitchen Video screens.

To ensure proper handling of Food and Drink orders on Kitchen Video (KV) Screens, it's important to verify your current version of Poslink. This functionality applies only when orders are split between different KV screens.

Follow the steps below to check your version:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Navigate to Reports and select EposOverview.

  3. Check the Current Version column.


Configure KV Ticket Types if applicable to your version, which is 1.0.4.23 or higher.

Proceed with the following steps:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager and navigate to POS Control.

  2. Click on POS Control and select KV Ticket Types.

  3. Press the New button, enter a description, and press Save.

This setup ensures that orders are correctly routed to the appropriate KV screens.
