This report helps monitor kitchen performance by showing the duration each order stayed active on the KV screen.
To view how long an order remained open on the Kitchen Video (KV) screen, follow the steps below using EPOS Manager.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Reports and select KV Reports.
Click KV Orders Report.
Select the From Date and the To Date.
Choose your location.
Click OK.
