To control how Kitchen Video (KV) displays new orders, either on the same ticket or as separate tickets, you can adjust the merge settings directly on the KV screen.
Follow the steps below to configure this behavior:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Select Pos Control and click KV Control.
Navigate to KV Global Flags.
Open the Flags 1 tab.
Under the Control Options heading, select or deselect the Merge option as required.
Save any changes.
