If the average ticket time on the Kitchen Video (KV) screen is showing as 0, it may be due to a configuration issue.
Follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to check and update the settings:
Log in to EPOS Manager and press POS Control.
Go to KV Control and select KV Global Flags.
Choose your location.
Select Flags 2.
In the dropdown for Complete On Status, select At Table.
Press Save.
π Note: Do not forget to send changes to the Kitchen Video to apply the update.
