If your Kitchen Video (KV) screen turns orders white when selected, making it difficult to view their status, you can resolve this by adjusting the highlight color settings in EPOS Manager.
Follow the steps below:
Select Program.
Go to Global Flags.
Click on the Default Color tab.
Change the Highlight Background Color from white to another color.
Click Save.
π Note: You must have access to Program Mode on the KV screen to complete these steps.
