To configure KV counters on your KV Screen using EPOS Manager, follow the steps below to assign the correct counter group to your profile:
📌 Note: This setup helps streamline kitchen operations by tracking and displaying order activity efficiently.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select KV Control.
Click KV Profiles.
Find the profile you want to set counters up on.
Under General 1, navigate to Counters and select your counter group.
Click Save.
📌Note: Remember to send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates.
