If your printer connected to EPOS Manager is not functioning correctly, you can set up a printer redirect. This will automatically send all print jobs intended for the faulty printer to an alternative printer, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Follow the steps below to enable or remove the redirect:

Enable printer redirect

  1. Click Program Mode.

  2. Select Programming.

  3. Choose the relevant printer you want to redirect.

  4. Under Default Printer Backup, select Other Printer.

  5. Select the printer you want to redirect to.

  6. Tick Auto Backup Redirect.

  7. Click Save.

Disable printer redirect

  1. To remove the redirect, click Program Mode.

  2. Select Programming.

  3. Choose the relevant printer you want to remove the redirect from.

  4. Under Default Printer Backup, select None.

  5. Untick Auto Backup Redirect.

  6. Click Save.
