Integration type
To confirm the menu integration type, follow the steps below:
Log in to https://admin.orderbee.co.uk.
Select the brand.
Select the location and click Details.
Select the Access button.
Confirm the Menu Integration Type.
Verify configuration
Check if the correct integration type is configured for the site's EPoS system.
Contact support
If the integration type is incorrect or items are still not displayed, raise a case including the brand, location, and confirmed integration type.
