Syncing Keyboard Emulation ensures menu changes from Stocklink are properly reflected on OrderGenie devices using keyboard emulation integration.
Manual sync from the master till
To sync the keyboard emulation, follow the steps below:
Log on to the master till.
Click Program Mode and select Program Options.
Go to Interfaces and select OrderGenie.
Confirm the URL box is populated.
Click Test.
Select Sync Data.
Log out of the OrderGenie.
Log in to the OrderGenie
📌 Note: It may require a second logout/login to sync fully.
Set up the missing interface configuration
If there is no detail in Interface > Order Genie, and the location uses keyboard emulation:
Log in to https://admin.orderbee.co.uk.
Navigate to the Access Epos configuration page.
Copy the Keyboard Webhook URL.
Add the URL to the interface settings on Stocklink and send to the site.
Perform a manual sync on the till.
📌 Note: Changes made on EPOS Manager will auto-update when sent to the POS, but manual syncing may be required after configuration changes or troubleshooting.
