Table Plan API sync improvements - You can now send a single update containing all your table plan levels and tables in one go, and choose to fully clear the existing table plan on the POS before applying a new layout. This makes it easier for reservation systems to keep table plans accurate and up to date.
JustEat JET Connect API - A new connection method for JustEat order delivery is now available, using JustEat's official JET Connect API. We'll be sharing more specific details about this change in the coming weeks.
Cash Declaration redesign - The Cash Declaration screen has a new, guided design with a clear progress tracker, live running totals, and a confirmation screen once you've finished, making end-of-shift cash declarations easier to complete accurately.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access StockLink application and related integrations:
PosLink connectivity issue - Fixed an issue where PosLink could lose its connection to StockLink following the recent .NET Core 8 platform upgrade. Connectivity between the two systems is now reliable.
Split bill transactions lost by RELAY - Fixed an issue where the second part of a split bill in POSLink could be rejected by RELAY as a duplicate. Split bill transactions are now processed and recorded correctly.
OrderGenie export crashes with complex keyboards - Fixed an issue where the OrderGenie export process could crash or hang when a keyboard layout contained circular references between emulated buttons. Exports now complete successfully regardless of layout complexity.
EPoS Manager freezing when switching screens - Fixed an issue where EPoS Manager could freeze the first time you switched between screens.
Process Orders Dispatch button missing - Fixed an issue where the Dispatch button was missing from the Process Orders screen in EPoS Manager, preventing orders from being dispatched.
Dashboard weather widget not displaying - Fixed an issue where the weather widget on the EPoS Manager dashboard was not showing weather data.
Crash in Table Info - Fixed a crash that could occur when accessing table information in EPoS Manager.
POS terminal reconnection after maintenance - Fixed an issue where POS terminals could occasionally need to be manually reconnected following server-side maintenance. Terminals now reconnect automatically.
How to access this update
This update will be automatically applied from 5 August 2026. No action is required.
