Freeze columns in Stock Result Designer - You can now pin one or more columns in the Stock Result Designer so they remain fixed on the left-hand side of the screen when you scroll horizontally through your stock results report. This makes it much easier to analyse large reports without losing sight of key reference columns such as product name.

AreaCovers formula for Business Sheets - A new Business Sheet formula, AreaCovers, is now available. It returns the cover count attributed to one or more seating areas, based on where a table's bill was paid off. This is particularly useful for multi-area venues where guests move between areas during a visit. A last-year variant, AreaLYCovers, is also available for year-on-year comparisons.

Fourth transaction export now supports SFTP - The Fourth transaction export can now send files over SFTP in addition to standard FTP. Two new company-level settings control this: one to select the transfer protocol (FTP or SFTP) and one to specify the port. Existing FTP configurations are unaffected. This change allows venues that require a secure, encrypted connection to Fourth to use SFTP without any changes to their file content or format.

Live Sales Overview - Major Group breakdown performance - Fixed an issue where selecting the Major Group breakdown in the Live Sales Overview report caused the page to become very slow or unresponsive, sometimes displaying a "wait or exit" prompt. The report now loads the Major Group breakdown in a comparable time to other breakdowns.

Live Sales Overview - report crashing - Fixed an issue where selecting a Primary Group or Major Group in the Live Sales Overview report caused the page to become unresponsive and crash. A JavaScript interop error was also resolved that contributed to the instability.

CSV export missing data for non-standard business weeks - Fixed an issue where the CSV export only generated data for a standard Monday-to-Sunday week, even when a site's business week was configured to start on a different day. The export now correctly returns data for the full configured business week.

PLU Sales Report - incorrect summary totals when multiple locations selected - Fixed an issue where running the PLU Sales Report with the breakdown detail option enabled showed quantity totals in the breakdown that did not match the product summary. This only occurred when two or more locations were selected simultaneously.

Time zone report - incorrect totals including service charge - Fixed an issue where the Time Zone Totals report type was incorrectly adding the service charge amount to the total adjusted gross figure, causing the totals to not match other sales reports.

Access Data Engine figures not matching EPoS Manager - Fixed an issue where figures returned by Access Data Engine views did not reconcile with the Daily Sales and EPoS Manager reports for the same location and date.

Gift card - no default location assigned when created manually - Fixed an issue where a gift card created manually through Gift Card Maintenance had no location assigned to it by default. This caused the card to be invisible in reports for users who did not have access to all locations. Manually created gift cards are now assigned a default location automatically.

Service charge configuration parity between EPoS Manager and POSLink - Fixed an issue where certain service charge configuration options available in POSLink were missing from the equivalent screen in EPoS Manager. The configuration options now match across both applications.

PLU Label Printer - missing label designs - Fixed an issue where the label design selector in PLU Label Printer only displayed odd-numbered designs, causing even-numbered designs to be omitted from the list. All designs now appear correctly.

PLU Sales by Area - missing location and PLU descriptions - Fixed an issue where the PLU Sales by Area report inconsistently displayed location descriptions as a reference code (for example, "L#0161") and PLU descriptions as "Missing PLU" when individual terminals were selected. Descriptions now display correctly in all cases.

Product Wizard - product number character limit too low - Fixed an issue where the Product Wizard only allowed a nine-digit product number to be entered, despite the database supporting ten digits. The input field now correctly accepts ten-digit product numbers.

Product Nutrition unit of measure dropdown not loading - Fixed an issue where the unit of measure dropdown on the Nutrition tab of a product record was always empty and could not be saved. The dropdown now populates correctly and the selected value is saved as expected.
