What's new?
KV Overview Templates Designer - You can now design custom Kitchen Video (KV) overview layouts directly in Access EPoS Manager. Create configurable grid templates with multi-page support and place table buttons exactly where you need them. This visual designer lets you customise your kitchen display layouts to match your operational workflow without needing any technical knowledge.
Classic and New UI toggle - We've added the ability to switch between the Classic and New user interface for selected features. You can now choose your preferred experience for End of Day Report, PLU List, and Selling Groups, giving you flexibility to transition to the new interface at your own pace.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements Report - A new report is now available in the Stock Reports section that displays dietary requirements and allergens for your PLUs or Products across selected locations. The report shows a clear matrix with tick and cross symbols indicating the presence or absence of each allergen, and you can export it to Excel or PDF format.
Stock Buffer bulk update - Stock Buffer settings can now be copied across locations using all three bulk update systems: Bulk Updates Wizard, Bulk Updates Process V2, and PLU Bulk Update Wizard. This saves significant time when setting up new locations or ensuring consistency across your estate.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access Stocklink application:
Login stability with Access Identity - Fixed an issue where users were being automatically logged out approximately 10 seconds after logging in via Access Identity. The authentication experience is now stable.
Deep link redirection - Fixed an issue where users accessing EPoS Manager via deep links were redirected to the homepage after login instead of their intended destination. Deep links now work correctly with single sign-on authentication.
KV Order Times on KV Report - Fixed an issue where completing an order on KV was not updating the order time on the KV Orders Report. Order timing data now displays correctly.
Supplier Enquiry filter - Fixed an issue where selecting the 'All' filter on the Supplier Enquiry popup returned no results. All filter options now work as expected.
PLU Paste button - Fixed an issue where the Paste button on the PLU Maintenance page was unclickable when the screen was resized. Copy and paste functionality now works on all screen sizes.

This update is available from the 3rd February 2026. The update will be rolled out automatically.
