KV Overview Statuses - Kitchen Managers can now configure status rules that control table button colours and visual indicators on the KV Overview screen. Kitchen staff can instantly identify order priorities based on colour-coded visual cues, improving workflow efficiency and reducing preparation delays.
KV Overview and Statuses bulk update - EPOS Admins can now push KV Overview Templates and KV Overview Statuses configurations to multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring consistent configuration across your entire estate without needing to configure each site individually.
PLU List bulk number actions - The new PLU List interface now includes bulk column value functions, allowing you to update PLU prices by amount, percentage, or import values from another price level. Enhanced validation also helps prevent data entry errors.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access EPoS Manager application:
PLU Wizard blank page in Evo - Fixed an issue where the PLU template selection would display a blank page when accessing the PLU Wizard through the Evo platform. The wizard now works correctly regardless of how you access EPOS Manager.
Dashboard loading performance - Fixed an issue where dashboards could take 20 seconds or more to display. Improved caching now ensures dashboards load significantly faster.
Guest Pay Local labelling - Fixed an issue where the payment interface was incorrectly labelled as "EvoPay" or "Evo Pay" instead of "Guest Pay Local". POS update records for this interface now also display correctly.
Atreemo option for Link Checked In Customer - Fixed an issue where the Atreemo option was missing from the Function 225 (Link Checked In Customer) dropdown. You can now configure this function to work with Atreemo.
UI toggle switch preference - Fixed an issue where your preference for classic or new UI would reset when navigating between pages. Your chosen UI mode now persists throughout your session.
NPS survey close button - Fixed an issue where the close button on the feedback survey popup could be blocked by other elements at certain screen resolutions. The close button is now always accessible.
Ordering Overview navigation - Fixed an issue where the page title and breadcrumb would not update correctly when navigating away from the Ordering Overview page.
Keyboard Maintenance KP Description - Fixed an issue where the KP Description field could not be cleared. You can now remove the KP Description value as intended.
Recipe instructions with ampersand - Fixed an issue where recipe instructions containing the '&' character would not save correctly.
Forecasting unit size on prep sheet - Fixed an issue where product unit sizes were not displaying on prep sheets. Unit sizes now always appear regardless of other product settings.
Default dashboards for new environments - Fixed an issue where default dashboards were not being created when setting up a new environment. New environments now automatically include pre-configured dashboards.
Cross-origin authentication errors - Fixed an issue causing repeated authentication errors and slow performance on certain deployments. Pages now load faster and more reliably.
PLU List validation - Added improved validation prompts when PLU data is outside acceptable parameters, with clear guidance on how to correct errors.
