Purchase Order notifications - You can now receive real-time notifications through Evo Feeds when Purchase Orders need approval or confirmation, helping you stay on top of your ordering workflow.
GuestPay (Evo) payment integration - We've added support for GuestPay (Evo) as a new payment interface option, giving you more flexibility with your payment processing.
Guest Voucher mag card configuration - A new "Guest Voucher" option is now available in the Mag Card Configuration maintenance screen, expanding your voucher redemption capabilities.
KV Images in KV Control - You can now manage KV device images directly from the KV Control menu, providing centralised image management without needing to switch to POS Control.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access Stocklink application:
Global Flags not saving on random tills - Fixed an issue where Global Flags were not saving correctly on some tills, which could cause inconsistent configuration across your estate. Your settings now save reliably on all tills.
End of Day Report layout - Fixed layout issues with the End of Day Report page, including visual inconsistencies when content was shorter than expected. The report now displays with consistent borders and a cleaner design on all pages.
Keyboard button configuration - Fixed an issue where keyboard buttons would revert to their original configuration after pasting, even when set to be hidden. Your keyboard configurations now persist correctly.
Bulk Update V2 POS Updates - Fixed an issue where no POS Update was created when using Bulk Update V2 with the "Don't send, just add to the POS Updates/Changed Items list" option selected. Bulk updates now work correctly with all options.
PLU List search navigation - Fixed an issue where searching in the PLU List would navigate to the old interface instead of the new modern grid. Searches now correctly route to the updated PLU List screen.
PLU List improvements - We've made several enhancements to the new PLU List screen, including Excel export functionality, browser-based print preview, improved dropdown descriptions with clear selection options, and a back button with unsaved changes confirmation.
PLU List copy and paste - Fixed an issue where browser permission pop ups appear when copying and pasting data between cells in the PLU List. You can now copy and paste seamlessly without interruption.
Business Sheets report performance - Improved the performance of Business Sheets reports that use tax rate formulas. Reports now generate faster, reducing wait times for your financial data.
KV Status image selection - Added the ability to select an image for KV Status entries in EPoS Manager, matching the functionality already available in KVLink.
KV Program keyboard support - Added KV Reports Keyboard support to the KV Program section in EPoS Manager, including CMS module support for central management.
Widget focus order - Fixed an accessibility issue where the tab focus order of widgets did not match their visual order on screen. Keyboard navigation now follows the expected visual sequence.
Hidden widget options - Fixed an issue where widget options remained accessible to keyboard navigation and screen readers even when hidden. Hidden elements are now properly excluded from navigation.
