GuestPay (Evo) payment terminal support - You can now use GuestPay (Evo) payment terminals with Access POSLink. This integration includes support for pre-authorisation, allowing you to hold funds on a customer's card before final settlement. This is particularly useful for hospitality venues where the final transaction amount may differ from the initial authorisation.
GuestVoucher magnetic card scanning - Clerks can now scan and apply guest vouchers directly using a magnetic card reader without needing to navigate to a specific POS keyboard first. This speeds up the checkout process and reduces queue times.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access POSLink application:
OrderGenie stock synchronisation - Fixed an issue where stock level changes, including enabling or disabling PLUs, were not always being sent to OrderGenie. Stock updates now synchronise correctly, preventing customers from ordering unavailable items through online ordering platforms.
Atreemo loyalty receipt codes - Fixed an issue where receipt codes for Pay At Table transactions were not being saved correctly to Atreemo. Customers can now properly redeem their loyalty benefits when using Pay At Table.
Server stability improvement - Fixed an issue where the EPOS Server could crash unexpectedly when generating random codes. The server now operates more reliably.
⚠️ Important: To use GuestPay (Evo) payment terminals, you need to configure the terminal settings within Access POSLink. Contact your Access account manager for setup assistance.
How to access this update
This update is available from 20th January 2026. To implement the changes, you need to manually update your software version.
