GuestPay (Evo) payment integration - You can now process electronic payments using the EvoPay SDK, including support for pre-authorisation workflows. This provides a modern, reliable payment processing solution with improved transaction status visibility, making it ideal for hospitality scenarios such as hotel check-ins and bar tabs.
GuestVoucher magnetic card support - You can now configure GuestVoucher to work with magnetic card readers, providing a faster and more familiar voucher redemption method at the point of sale.
Atreemo loyalty rewards display - Loyalty programme members can now see their available rewards directly at the POS when using the Atreemo integration. We've also implemented the Pepper check-in flow for an improved loyalty experience.
Order Genie stock synchronisation - When you disable items in the POS, they are now immediately removed from Order Genie, preventing customers from ordering unavailable items online.
Order Genie condiment list improvements - Condiment and modifier options now properly reflect your POS configuration in Order Genie, including support for "treat as condiment" buttons and optional condiment lists.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access POSLink application:
Atreemo receipt code validation - Fixed an issue where receipt codes that did not exist in the system could be used, causing transaction failures. Receipt codes are now correctly saved and validated.
EposServer stability improvement - Fixed an issue where the server could crash when generating random codes. The POS now operates more reliably during busy periods.
Opera PMS discount posting - Fixed an issue where incorrect amounts were being sent to Opera PMS for individual discounted items. Discount amounts are now posted accurately for correct billing.
Transaction query accuracy - Fixed an issue where certain transaction queries returned incorrect data. Order lookups and reporting now return accurate results.
Integrated card payment processing - Fixed an issue where integrated card payments could not be processed and caused the application to crash. Card payments now process reliably.
Loyalty voucher reactivation - Fixed an issue where the Show Loyalty Rewards function was sending incorrect voucher codes when reactivating rewards. Voucher reactivation now works correctly.
GuestPay (Evo) post-launch refinements - Resolved various issues discovered after the initial EvoPay integration to improve payment processing reliability.
GuestPay (classic) gateway error handling - Added retry logic for GuestPay transactions when temporary server errors occur. This prevents incorrect transaction references and ensures reliable payment processing.

This update is available from 17 February 2026. To implement the changes, you need to manually update your software version.
