What's new?

  • GuestPay (Evo) payment terminal support - You can now process card payments using EvoPay terminals directly within Access POSLink. This includes support for pre-authorisation transactions, which is ideal for hospitality scenarios such as opening tabs or processing room charges. During payment processing, you'll see real-time status updates on screen.

  • GuestVoucher magnetic card scanning - Clerks can now scan guest vouchers using a magnetic card reader without needing to navigate to a specific keyboard on the POS terminal. This speeds up voucher redemption at the point of sale.

  • Order Genie stock synchronisation - When you enable or disable stock items (PLUs) in Access POSLink, the changes now automatically sync to Order Genie. This ensures your online menu always reflects current stock availability.

What we've fixed

We've resolved several issues within the Access POSLink application:

  • Opera PMS posting calculations - Fixed an issue where room charge postings to Opera PMS contained incorrect rounding calculations, which could cause discrepancies during financial reconciliation.

  • Room Site IDs not updating - Fixed an issue where TCP/IP addresses for Room Site IDs were not updating correctly on POS terminals when configured through EPOS Manager with the Opera interface.

  • Server stability when generating codes - Fixed an issue where EposServer could crash unexpectedly when generating random codes.

  • Atreemo receipt codes for Pay at Table - Fixed an issue where Atreemo receipt codes were not being saved correctly for Pay at Table transactions, which prevented customers from redeeming loyalty rewards.

⚠️ Important: This release includes underlying improvements to system monitoring and code quality that enhance the overall stability and reliability of Access POSLink.
