Freeze columns in Stock Result Designer - You can now pin one or more columns in the Stock Result Designer so they stay fixed on the left-hand side of the screen when you scroll horizontally through a wide stock results report. This makes it much easier to keep track of which product row you are reviewing without having to scroll back and forth.

Covers by seating area and shift in Business Sheet - Two new Business Sheet formulas — AreaShiftCovers and AreaLYCovers — let you break down cover counts by seating area and shift. This is ideal for venues where guests move between areas during a visit, allowing you to report on Bar, Restaurant, Terrace, and other area covers separately in your Business Sheet.

Fourth transaction export now supports SFTP - The Fourth transaction export can now be configured to send files over SFTP as well as the existing FTP option. Sites already using FTP are unaffected — the new setting is opt-in and existing file formats remain unchanged.

Time Zone Totals report figures incorrect - Fixed an issue where the Time Zone Totals report was showing a lower total than the daily sales and end-of-day reports. The service charge amount was being incorrectly included in the totals calculation, causing a discrepancy. Figures are now consistent across all report types.

PLU Sales Report breakdown totals not matching - Fixed an issue where running the PLU Sales Report with "Show Breakdown Detail" enabled across multiple locations produced breakdown quantities that did not match the product summary totals. Running the report for a single location worked correctly. Multi-location results are now accurate and consistent.

CSV export missing data for non-Monday business weeks - Fixed an issue where the CSV export (System Maintenance – Utilities – Export CSV) only generated data for a standard Monday–Sunday week, ignoring the configured business week start day. Sites with a business week starting on any other day will now receive the correct date range in their export.

Product nutrition Unit of Measure dropdown not working - Fixed an issue where the Unit of Measure dropdown on the Nutrition tab in product maintenance was always blank and any quantity entered was lost when saving. You can now select a unit of measure and save nutrition data correctly.

Live Sales Overview slow or unresponsive when using Major Group breakdown - Fixed an issue where the Live Sales Overview report became very slow or caused a "page is unresponsive" browser prompt when breaking down by Major Group. The report now loads the Major Group breakdown in a comparable time to other breakdown options.

Manual gift cards not appearing in Gift Card Report - Fixed an issue where gift cards created manually through Gift Card Maintenance were not assigned a default location. This caused the cards to be invisible in the Gift Card Report for users with location-restricted access. Manually created gift cards now appear correctly for all users with appropriate permissions.

PLU Label Printer only showing odd-numbered designs - Fixed an issue where the Label Design selector in the PLU Label Printer screen was only displaying odd-numbered designs. For example, with four designs created, only designs 1 and 3 appeared. All designs are now listed correctly.

PLU Sales By Area report showing missing descriptions - Fixed an issue where running the PLU Sales By Area report for individual terminals or a combination of terminals caused location descriptions to display as codes (for example, L#0161) and PLU descriptions to show as "Missing PLU". Selecting the full location worked correctly. The report now returns accurate descriptions regardless of terminal selection.

Product Wizard limiting product numbers to 9 digits - Fixed an issue where the Product Wizard was restricting product number entry to 9 digits, even though the system supports 10-digit product numbers. The Product Wizard now accepts the full 10-digit product number, matching the manual product maintenance screen.

Service charge configuration missing from EPoS Manager - Fixed an issue where some service charge configuration options were available in POSLink but were missing from EPoS Manager. All service charge settings can now be managed directly from EPoS Manager, giving a consistent configuration experience across both products.

Live Sales Overview report crashing - Fixed an issue where the Live Sales Overview report crashed with a "page is unresponsive" message when selecting a Primary Group or Major Group breakdown. This is resolved by the same fix applied to the Major Group slowness issue above.
