You can verify that your tills are properly connected to Epos Manager to maintain accurate data syncing and ensure system updates are applied without interruption.
To check till connectivity, follow the steps below:
Log in to Epos Manager.
Go to Reports and select EPOS Overview.
Review the location indicators:
π’ Green: All tills are online and communicating with StockLink.
π΄ Red: One or more tills are offline or not syncing.
