If your master terminal is not showing as online or connected in EPOS Manager, follow these steps:
Check network connectivity
Verify that the terminal is connected to the network.
Check the network icon on the top right of the screen.
If both computer screen icons are red, the terminal is not connected to the network.
Restart the terminal and network equipment if necessary.
Check Global Flags
Log onto the terminal.
Click Program Mode and select Programming/Program Options.
Click Global Flags.
Verify the following fields:
Company Code
Location Code
Links
Web Services
Click Authorise Till.
Click Save to apply the changes.
