The indicator lights on your till help monitor its connection status with different services in EPOS Manager.
Understanding what each light represents can assist in identifying and resolving communication issues.
Bottom right of the screen:
The light on the right shows the connection to the EPOS server.
Green: The terminal is successfully connected, and sales are being transmitted.
Red: The terminal is not communicating with the server.
The light on the left indicates the status of your API connection.
This relates to integrations such as online ordering or loyalty systems.
Green: Integrations are communicating successfully.
Red: Integrations are not communicating correctly.
Top right of the screen:
Two computer screen icons represent network connectivity.
Green: The terminal is connected to the network.
Red: If both screens are red, the terminal is not connected to the network.
