⚠️ Important: We do not recommend sending PLU changes over to EPOS Manager. All PLU changes should be done on EPOS Manager and sent over to the terminals.
⚠️ Important: To send changes from the till back to EPOS Manager, you must have access to Program Mode. If you do not currently have this access, please contact your head office to request the necessary permissions.
Once access is granted, follow the steps below on the terminal:
Log on to the terminal.
Click Program Mode.
Click Send Program To StockNet.
Click SEND ALL.
This will remove all items from the selection.
Click the item you would like to send to EPOS Manager.
The item will now display SEND next to it.
Click OK.
This process ensures your changes are successfully transferred from the terminal to EPOS Manager.
