⚠️ Important: We do not recommend sending PLU changes over to EPoS Manager. All PLU changes should be done on EPOS Manager and sent over to the terminals.
⚠️ Important: To send changes from the till back to EPoS Manager, you must have access to Program Mode. If you do not currently have this access, please contact your head office to request the necessary permissions.
To send changes to the EPoS Manager, follow the steps below:
Log on to EPoS Manager.
Click Pos Control and select POS Commands.
Select the existing command or click New.
Edit the Description and select the Job Type.
Select the programs you want to send.
Choose the date when need to be sent.
Select the location and terminal where you want to send the changes.
Click Save.
