If you need to change the poll terminal for your web orders (like preoday,deliveroo etc.) it can be done from Stocklink to avoid the need to travel between multiple sites. this however WILL NOT work if global flags are centralised for your estate. In this case, changes need to be made on a till.
⚠️ Important: As a safety measure, it's a good idea to pull global flags from site you want to change to avoid issues that may occur if there are differences in how global flags are set between PosLink and EPOS Manager. This will NOT disturb or hinder the site's ability to function while the process is in progress.
Once this process finishes we can proceed to the main process, please complete the following:
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Click Global Flags.
Select the location you want to make changes to.
Click Web Orders.
Select the desired terminal from Poll terminal drop-down.
Click Save and Send to tills now.
