To manage unwanted PLUs in EPOS Manager, we recommend disabling them rather than deleting them. Deleting PLUs can affect historic reports, while disabling preserves data integrity and allows for future reactivation if needed.
Follow the steps below to disable PLUs in bulk:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select PLU List.
Select your location.
Select a Major Group.
Use the In Use dropdown and select Yes.
Click Next.
A list of all in-use PLUs will appear.
Remove the tick from the PLUs you want to disable.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates.
🤓 Tip: You can also use this process to re-enable PLUs by selecting them again.
