To enable price override functionality on a PLU, you’ll need to adjust specific settings in EPOS Manager. This allows staff to manually change the price of an item at the point of sale when necessary.
Follow the steps below to configure it correctly..
Log into EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select PLU.
Click the ... button to open the PLU details.
Go to the Flags 1 tab and tick Allow Price Override.
Make sure Allow Zero Price Sale is not ticked, as this will prevent the price override from working.
Click Save to apply the changes.
🤓 Tip: This setup ensures that price overrides can be used without conflicting with zero-price sale settings.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using Pos Updates.
