To allow a PLU to be sold at zero price, log in to EPoS Manager and follow the steps below:
Click on POS Control and select PLU.
Choose a location.
Find the relevant PLU.
Click Flags 1.
Click Allow Zero Price Sale.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Please make sure you send the changes over to the terminal using the POS Updates screen.
