If you are unable to assign your location in the Terminal Configuration within EPOS Manager, follow the steps below:
Add or Update Location
Log in to EPOS Manager and go to POS Control.
Click POS Locations.
Select Head Office.
Enter your Location Number in the box next to the three dots and press Enter.
Enter the Description of the location.
Click Save.
π Note: Remember to send changes down to the tills.
Understand tabs and settings
Each tab in POS Locations allows you to configure specific details:
General Tab: Location name, description, and codes.
Tills Tab: Assign tills to the location and configure default settings like floor plans, seating areas, and keyboard levels.
Allowed Tills Tab: Authorise which tills can operate at this location.
Pricing Tab: Set default price levels for the location.
Other Tabs: Configure additional options such as integrations, reporting preferences, and operational flags.
