Creating a new seating area and assigning table numbers in EPOS Manager helps to organize your restaurant's layout and streamline service for different sections of the establishment.
To create a new seating area and assign table numbers, please log on to EPOS Manager and follow the steps below:
Click POS Control and select POS Control.
Click Seating Areas.
Select your location and click New.
Enter a description:
Price Level: Determines the price level for that seating area.
Main Keyboard: When opening a table in this seating area, this determines which keyboard loads first.
QS Keyboard: This is the quick service keyboard you wish to load.
To add your table number, click Add.
Enter the table number range.
Click Save.
