If an adjustment has been fully completed but still isnβt triggering, it may be due to restrictions within the EPOS Manager settings.
Please follow the steps below to review and correct the configuration:
Press POS Control.
Click on Adjustments.
Find the adjustment you want. You can either type the name in the search bar next to Find by Description or press the three dots next to the adjustment number to locate it.
Click on Seating Areas.
If Prohibit is ticked for the seating area, the adjustment is not allowed.
Press Save
Press POS Control.
Click on POS Locations.
Select your location.
Press the three dots next to the location number.
Select the location.
Click on Prohibited Adjustments.
Find your adjustment.
If it has a red X next to it, press Toggle to allow the adjustment at that location. It will now display a tick.
Press Save.
π Note: These steps should ensure the adjustment is correctly enabled and functioning at the intended location.
