When adjustments aren't working at a specific location, you may need to check if they've been prohibited in your system settings.

Introduction

Adjustments in Access EPoS can be prohibited at specific locations for security or operational reasons. If an adjustment that should be available isn't working at a particular location, you can resolve this by checking and updating the prohibited adjustment settings. This article shows you how to enable adjustments in EPoS Manager.

Check prohibited adjustments in EPOS Manager

You can manage which adjustments are allowed at each location through the POS Control settings in EPoS Manager.

  1. Go to POS Control and click POS Control.

  2. Click POS Locations and select the required location.

  3. Select the Prohibited Adjustments tab.

  4. Check to see if the required adjustment is ticked as allowed.

  5. Click Save to save any changes.

  6. Send the updated settings to the till.

πŸ€“ Tip: After making changes, you may need to restart the till for the adjustments to take effect.

Next steps

After enabling the adjustment at the location:

  • Test the adjustment to confirm it's working.

  • Review other location settings if issues persist.

  • Contact your system administrator if you don't have the required permissions.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you do not have permission or you encounter issues in enabling prohibited adjustment, reach out to us.
