Go to POS Control and click POS Control
Click POS Locations and select the required location
Select the Prohibited Adjustments tab
Check to see if the required adjustment is ticked as allowed
Click Save to save any changes
Send the updated settings to the till
π€ Tip: After making changes, you may need to restart the till for the adjustments to take effect.
Check prohibited adjustments in Access PosLink
If you're using Access PosLink, you can check and update prohibited adjustments directly from the terminal.
Enter Program Mode on your terminal
Select Programming and search for Location
Select the Prohibited Adjustments tab
Check if the required adjustment is marked as allowed
