To include or exclude specific items from an adjustment in EPOS Manager, you’ll need to create a new Adjustment Group.
🤓 Tip: The adjustment group defines which items belong to a specific basket, allowing the adjustment to apply discounts only to those selected items.
Follow the steps below to set this up.
Log in to EPOS Manager and click on POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Click on Adjustment Group and choose your Location.
Click on New.
On the left-hand side, you’ll see a list of Sales Groups and PLUs.
Click on the specific PLUs you want to include and then click Add. This will move the selected items into the middle group.
Once all relevant items are added to the middle column, click Save.
Go back to POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Click on Adjustments.
Choose the relevant Adjustment.
Click on Requirements and add the new Adjustment Group to the Basket Group.
Click Save.
Send all updates to the terminal via the POS Updates section in EPOS Manager.
