Create a three-course set cost adjustment

To create an adjustment for a three-course meal offer in EPOS Manager, follow the steps below to ensure the setup is applied correctly across your tills:

๐Ÿค“ Tip: This process allows you to automate discounts based on specific menu combinations.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Before you begin, make sure youโ€™ve set up your PLUs and adjustment groups.

  1. Click POS Control, then click POS Control again.

  2. Click Adjustments, then click New.

  3. Enter the Adjustment number, then click Save.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Description: This is what appears on the tills.

    • Apply Method:

      • Donโ€™t auto apply: Use this if the adjustment is manually triggered at the till.

      • Auto apply on item: Applies when a PLU meets the adjustment criteria.

      • Auto apply at subtotal / print bill: Applies when the payment page or print bill is triggered.

      • Auto apply on covers entry: Applies when the number of covers is entered.

  5. From the Discount Using list, select Requirement Level.

  6. Click Requirements, then click Add, and enter the required details:

    • Description: We recommend naming these Starter, Main, and Dessert.

    • Basket Group: Select the relevant basket group.

    • Requirement Method: Choose the appropriate method.

    • Num of Items: Set this to 1.

    • Reward Fields: Leave these blank.

  7. Click Save.

  8. From the Discount Using list, select Adjustment Level.

  9. Click Adjustment Reward.

  10. From the Reward Method list, select Set Price.

  11. In Reward Value, enter your deal price.

  12. Click Save.

โš ๏ธ Important: Send the updates to the tills. Please allow 10โ€“15 minutes for the update to apply.
