To prevent a seating area from reverting back after selection, follow the steps below in EPOS Manager.
📌 Note: This adjustment ensures the seating area remains active throughout the transaction and stays persistent during item selection.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control.
Click POS Control again.
Choose Functions.
Find the Seating Area function and open it.
Untick Once Only.
Click Save.
Send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates.
