If items aren't scanning at the till, it's likely that the barcode details are missing or incorrectly set up in the PLU configuration.
You can check and update this in EPOS Manager by following the steps below:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to POS Control.
Select PLU.
Enter the PLU number or search for the required PLU.
Select the Barcodes tab.
Click Add to enter a new barcode.
Click Save.
