If a PLU is being incorrectly processed as a condiment in EPOS Manager, even though it is not assigned via the condiments keyboard, you can correct this by adjusting its settings.
Follow the steps below to update the classification:
In EPOS Manager, click POS Control.
Click PLU and select your location.
Enter or locate the relevant PLU.
Click the Flags 3 tab.
Clear the Treat as Condiment checkbox.
Click Save to apply the changes.
This will ensure the item is treated correctly during transactions.
