To customize web order PLUs separately from those set on the terminals in EPOS Manager, you can enable a setting that allows different condiment lists to be configured for the same PLU number. Follow the steps below to update your setup.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click System Maintenance and select Parameters.
Click the Customer Web Ordering tab.
Tick Web Shopping Override Main Condiments.
📌 Note: Enabling this option will allow users to configure different condiment lists for the same PLU number.
You can set a condiment list against a PLU by following one of the two methods below:
Go to POS Control.
Select PLU.
Click on the Condiment List tab.
Alternatively:
Go to Web Ordering.
Select PLU Web Ordering.
Click on the Condiment List tab.
