If you are using a condiment keyboard and need to configure minimum or maximum selection limits, you can do this within EPOS Manager. These settings help guide staff to select the correct number of condiment options during order entry.
Follow the steps below to apply the changes:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select Keyboards.
Click Main Keyboard.
Use the ... button to select the relevant keyboard.
Click Cond Flags.
Set the Min Items and Max Items, then tick Stays Down Until Max Items.
Note: If you are unable to exit the condiment page until an item is selected, you may need to untick Stays Down Until Max Items.
This ensures your condiment keyboard behaves as expected during service.
