You can create and configure voucher media in EPOS Manager to support single-use or multi-use voucher payments. Once set up, these vouchers can be added to your payments keyboard and made available at the terminal.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Create media
To create media, log in to EPOS Manager and follow the steps below:
Expand POS Control.
Click POS Control.
Click Medias.
Choose the correct location.
Click New.
Enter a Media Description.
Under Media Type, select either Voucher Single Use or Voucher Multi Use.
Fill in and tick the desired options.
Click Save.
Add media to the payment keyboard
To add the media to your payments keyboard, follow the steps below:
Expand POS Control.
Click Keyboards.
Click Payments Keyboard.
Choose the correct location.
Under Items, use the drop-down to select Medias.
Drag and drop the voucher media you just created onto the keyboard layout.
Click Save.
Send updates
To apply the changes to the terminal, follow the steps below:
Go to POS Updates.
Find the correct location.
Select the changes you made.
Click OK.
